You starting at 72% and ending at 20 something while hammering the camera for about 5 hours tells me enough about the battery life. It’s perfectly fine cause I’m sure 99% of us aren’t using the camera to that extent on a daily basis so I’m sure the battery life is just fine
The battery life actually sucks. I have an s22 Ultra. And the battery life is okay at best. Also, agree about OneUI sucking. It does. Having 2 or 3 apps for everything is annoying.

I know Samsung has their adaptive battery that takes about two weeks or so to learn your usage, but i couldn’t go that long with such terrible battery life in hopes it may or may not be good. Especially when i use my phone largely at work. Also, the return period was two weeks and if it took two weeks to see what the battery is all about then i would’ve lose it in the chance to return it

@@nexxus_8487 13 pro max battery life is next level. Straight up unreal. I work heavy on it and go through a whole day with about 8.5-9 hours of screen time and end at 21% and so on. Quite the opposite of the s22 ultra. I just hope that next year Samsung’s main focus is battery. And they need to stop this thing with letting the phone take two or three weeks to learn usage pattern etc etc. I’m people want proper stamina from day 1. Not from day 21.

Like u experimented s22 is very easy to break the screen, like that and because of his mega size, my idea and proved to be the best is buying a case with a finger ring to be using with just one hand without any risk to fall and destroy a 1200 euros equipment!!Now I'm using a 360 waterproof and shockproof case for work in the beach, but in normal days for use I prefer the 10 euros case with the ring behind and door to close and open to protect your lens if fall or getting dirty on it.
Mine arrived and I'm very glad I upgraded from the Note 20 Ultra, but I'm still gonna watch this. Love the content. Nice to see an out and about style video from you. I'm also an hour from London, so wonder how close we really are. Display blew me away. 10 x better than the Note I had before, and that was already fantastic

Good video but one thing missing was the specs for the photos. The video clips showed the lens and zoom level used but the photos didn't say which lens was used and the ISO, shutter speed, etc :(

this is a great video Tom just made the conscious effort to upgrade from the S7 Edge to the s22 ultra yesterday and now I'm waiting patiently to get my hands on the new device I hear a lot of good things about it and I see the camera is amazing I was just a little worried about transferring of data but I think everything is going to be okay as I see it has a lot more gigs and Smart Switch should be amazing peace and blessings brother keep up the great work

@Latif Ullah I use the S22 Ultra and I can say Samsungs mic is just one of the best in the industry. I used the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, which had good photos, but videography including audio wasn't good enough. I was blown away at how good the S22 Ultra's mic is.
Love my 🇵🇹 Portugal where you can be in the street filming without you have to be interrupted by police or persons asking you what you are doing and who you are..
Tough one, I think overall the Samsung does do a better job especially with the Zooms for that extra punch. The RAWs are very high detail too. Pixel I much prefer day to day though

I think you are taking pictures on "portrait mode" which focuses on a face thats in front and blurs out the background. Maybe taking a picture on the normal front camera might help.
Like u the spen for me is just"better have it than not" and maybe in future some food apps come for it, for now just to translate easily and even that the trouble to take it like open a translate app, I continue preferring writing wrong than loose time open them:but that's me a lazy guy:}

Informative vidéo :) For me quality vidéo of thé S22 ultra is Just meh …. Not comparable at All with the quality of IPhone vidéo footage. For photos, is way more versatile indeed. Cheap DSLR are nowadays always stronger than expensive smartphone from my point of view.
Expert raw is trash mine as well use the reg pro mode expert raw makes details look blotchy and over processed the reg app looks more natural and preserves details better when zooming in or cropping.

@Tom Rich That's why I like it. One U.I. has so much flexibility beyond others. I've used oxygen and it's not my cup of tea. Immediately had to switch back. But I get the point why you like pixels U.I. because of its simplicity of having Googles one streamlined to your device. Samsung has more to pick from, having to pick from 2 services. Google+Samsung

Mainly just brightness, must looked slightly too dark or slightly too washed out after the editing compared to the original imo.

That's not the actual performance of the front facing camera. you probably are using super study mode which almost kills the quality.
