it's actually also fitting to her character because she's basically an actor in all of that as for lore, it's her voice is actually the perfect voice when it comes to theater they look for androgynous and very preppy voices like hers, and she actually does talk exactly like a theater kid, so honestly great voice acting :)
jp furina actually really fits her character because she sounds like what is known as the ideal voice for the theater, they look for androgynous voices that are fun and exciting and pleasant to hear, her voice fits this perfectly also the way she talks she honestly sounds like a theater kid, she honestly reminds me of middle school lol
This is one of those times I wish I could pick a language for just one character rather than the whole game, some of the early characters put barely any effort in, but I like both of Furina's EN and JP lines.
JP is just goated. As to be expected, since Japan does a lot of voice acting in their anime. The only character I would switch from JP to EN is Itto and maybe Yelan, but even then, their JP voice is still great.
Every time someone does comparison to JP with any of the characters, it's so funny how JP has the most unique take out of all of them. And it's so refreshing every time.

i love playing with jp voice overs on genshin, i’ve never really played in english, i started playing in 1.1 and i changed it asap and never looked back, it just sounds so much more expressive and beautiful, the jp voice actors do an amazing job

Of all VAs I didnt expect someone will mention Yukari Tamura. She is my favourite VA and the reason I am kinda "main" Qi Qi (more for fun, because Im still prefere more practical characters) and really want to finally get Nahida (my stupid ass skipped all her banners bcoz I quitted game for a long time due to technical problems with my PC)

@@SentenceToDESU Takahashi-san is likely much more popular in recent years. For instance, she's Remilia from Re:Zero if I remember correctly (don't quote me on it though). Tamura-san definitely feels less active these days, kind of like how you don't see Kugemiya Rie much anymore compared to someone from the newer generation (and I seem to recall that Kugemiya is after Tamura). People who already know their name will still see those names pop up in a lot of places, but they tend to be less, should I say, attention grabbing. All in all, I'm just trying to say that this is a natural thing to happen due to the passage of time :P
most of the JP VA are professional VA that voice acting a lot of famous anime characters. No wonder people still prefer JP over other language (although couldn't understand shit), their emotion in the character is just top notch.
