She's very honesy , did not hide the added food colour , which even most restraunts deny.
The pav bhaji looks delicious.
Go to a street food shop in mumbai and you will realize the food color they use..it's usually red chilli paste
Sry to say but we dnt use food colour in pav bhaji instead we use kashmiri red chilli powder(which is less spicy) for rich red clr
