I'm not interested in animal products like meat due to health reasons as they cause a lot of inflammation in the body and increase the risk of cancer. I have family members who left meat and their health and overall wellness improved after going plant based. I respect India for having the most variety of plant based food options.
What is the point of vegetarian dishes when they are soaked in oil? The whole point of nutritious food gone because of excessive use of oil.
