Glad to see this guy adding Cauliflower. Otherwise most places have loads of potatoes, some tomatoes, a few dried blue peas and a tin bit of bell pepper. Traditionally the real Bhaji has green peas, egg plants and bottle guard in addition to cauliflower, bell pepper, potatoes, tomatoes and onion. That makes it balanced, healthy and delicious.

First of all it's not Salsa, it's pretty heavy/Filling on its own, the bun is used to dip in Bhaji and take a bite. And we can get extra buns till we get full (They aren't free, but very inexpensive).
