After 6 years i throwed my bottom dentures away and i installed 6 implants and 12 teeth in my jaw. I had some pains for 2 to 3 weeks but now i am so happy i can eat like a human again.

:/ no custom healer or immediate temp? You're a prosthodontist for christ's sake cmon now, you know you should be trying to preserve the existing soft tissue architecture.
Placing an implant at the time of tooth removal does far more for preserving both hard and soft tissue architecture than a custom healing abutment does. Just look at the end result in this case. He achieved socket seal and support of the facial soft tissue with slightly subgingival, stock healing abutments in both sites. As for immediate provisionalization, there are all kinds of reasons why you might elect not to do so, one of the first of which is the primary stability of the implants. Soft tissue architecture is not the only consideration at time of placement.
