Laws of Manu are not part of the Hindu scrptures. Manu was a king and he codified certain morals. There's no such thing as Sharia.

They way forward for Pakistan.

1. Accept the default in the external payments. That is the reality. Don't replay any foreign debt for the next 10 years.
2. Don't ask for any more loans, IMF, Saudi, China or anybody for that matter.
3. Reduce govt expenditures. Reduce salary of government officers and military personnel by half.it is a financial emergency.
4.Stop all useless and luxurious imports. Cars dog foods, weapons.
5. Import only medicines, necessary food items and fuels.
6. Reduce Army strength by half. Retire half of them immediately. Don't worry, India will NOT invade you.
7. And the most important social change, abolish Zamindary system. Do land reform, free your people from medieval fifdom. Have an appropriate land ceiling, say 100 acres. Also stop giving away land and plots to your Army officers. This is a colonial era practice to reward mercenaries.
8. Accept all conditions from India and open trade with India.
9. Have a national government with Army also as part of the national govt.
10. Reduce your exchange rate to 500 Rs per US dollar.
11. Focus on export, cheaper Pakistani Rupee will help. INDIA will be a great market for Pakistani produce. Open trade route between india and central Asia, Iran, Afghanistan.
12. Completely abolish Madrasha education. No Quran, no religion, nothing before 18 years.
13. Sell your nuclear assets including all relevant engineers and scientists to Saudi Arabia for 500 billion dollar.
14. Focus on girls education. Reduce fertility rate to 2.
15.Make English and local languages in all Pakistani schools. Make schooling compulsory for all.
Pakistan will be prosperous country in 20 years.

islam or for that matter all Abrahamic religions are very rigid in nature there are certain dos and dont , you have to accept it as whole and most importantly you cant question any thing ...ANYTHING... the moment you do that you have committed blasphemy.
whereas the very basis of sanatan dharma is question and debate .... the branches of hindusim be it sikhism , Buddhism are comparatively rigid in nature , having books and cide of conduct which make them weaker in many aspects and stronger in some ( stronger vis a vis defence from invasion weaker as with time they will become dogmatic ) ...islam has many many flaws logical and otherwise but once you become part of the cult you cant question and for that matter cant even get it ..being born in the muslim family in a 3rd world country is like a curse ... you know you are wrong but neither can you change your course nor can you raise your voice coz both would mean sar tan se juda.
