  • Dr László G. Boros, M.D a world leader in studying the effect of deuterium, or 'heavy hydrogen' on biological systems and human disease. Dr Boros is also the inventor of the Human Deutenome Project and Deugnostics as deuterium based medical diagnostics.
High levels of deuterium in the body can lead to poor cardiac function, mitochondrial dysfunction, metabolic problems, cancer, chronic fatigue, premature aging.and obesity
In this interview Dr Boros describes how his low deuterium lifestyle and carnivore diet resulted in the heart function of a young man.

Yes I agree- so I’ve decided to stop and be the example, show the way to true health with eating a nutrient rich diet and supporting my circadian biology. At 50 years I have an abundance more energy than family and friends half my age. Those that ask I tell them my lifestyle. Some say it’s lucky genes but I tell them it’s work, which many people are unfortunately unwilling to do.

Sara, I was hoping that you would ask him about light. Maybe you do so in the next part. It would be great if more researchers incorporated the light part of the story.
You, Jack Kruse, Max Gulhane, and others have been game-changers for me even though I'm 4 years carnivore.
    Thank you both. 🍁

Thanks Sara all very interesting. Having listened to a number of experts in each field and gone down a few rabbit holes with your experts and others there is always some cross information that conflicts. My brother is 10 years younger and does the OMAD i have tried but 2 meals a day works best with as long an overnight fast as i feel until the first meal ‘ breakfast’ if you like to call it but it can be anytime from 10am to 2pm again depending on a variety of factors from a varied and active life. However i have listened to the ‘protein professor’ sorry cant recall the name, and he says that a mass of protein in one meal is not the answer and the body has trouble assimilating large quantities of protein in one meal. Also as you get older splitting the meal but getting the ‘trigger’ amount of protein, of the top of my head 30-50mg in the first meal is beneficial and necessary to maintain muscle strength. Again especially in older people who as we know tend to eat less and even reduce protein intake. Not the way to go! Dont know what your take is on this or if you find and interview this guy in your usual enlightening manner it would help cover this point. Anyway I’m carnivore and into all things quantum biological thanks to you. 🙏

I think I've heard you say latitude influences deuterium. I live in Miami and we grow coconuts etc throughout the year. And the amount of sweating we create would make it impossible to not drink water or eat fruit for me.. it would be helpful to have someone speak of the differences of climate and what is actually necessary to do. I eat a Mediterranean diet, and feel awesome. Not sure what my levels are. And not sure if I even need to worry about it.. is there a test for it? Thank you 🙏🏼

Sara, when you have 1000's of anecdotes all the same you don't have a theory you have a defensible hypothesis.
After 20 years eating and drinking non-human products my LVEF was 42%. Twelve months after going carnivore my LVEF is 66% and my cardiomyopathy is "Resolved". My coronary plaque is zero. I have my scans and results to prove it. When one removes inflammation from one's body one gets healthy. Who would have thought ?

Litewater is ridiculously expensive at $25 per litre and out of reach for the average household and it always seems to be the case that all the 'good stuff' isn't accessable financially for most of us. Think i'll stick to my water distillers and remineralize with celtic sea salt, that's the best i can do.

Educational! - with the vast number of Mitochondria, I always wondered how the cells/body use and transport the water made from the electron transport chain? Have you already talked or wrote about it? Theirs a lot of Mitochondria, so theoretically there should be a lot of water made, at least in my mind - thanks for these podcasts

When fat adapted for a long time, your body makes the majority of the water it needs from your fat stores. At almost 5 years carnivore I barely need to drink anymore typically 1-2 glasses of water after my Omad, and that's it.

  • @axis-II

This is great. I was wondering how this works with ortho vs. para and ez water. I think that deuterium makes ortho hydrogen switch to para water and this effects massive processes in cells and atp production and tubule formation and other function. Also how does this atp work with the theory of the heart as a vortex?

Should I drink less and instead eat more tallow(for water source)?Should I avoid dehydrating myself through sweating and sauna? I love Sara ❤

at the dr office 1st time 112/66. I think it’s the grounding that turned things around.

Levels were objectively lower before... either due to the Ice Age or something more esoteric like deuterium heavy comets showering the earth.
