I like that they are consistent in using obscure Suits. I don't care if we'll never get other MC Gundams forever, I'm liking this obscure shit. Also, I have the HG Hyperion kit for more than a decade now. It's one of my favorite Gundams. Also, SEED Astray manga is not actually random. The Astray series is stil one of the most popular Gundam mangas out there.
Hyperion's rifle shoots beams but the energy was contained in bullet-like casing that's ejected when empty.
Im okay with them adding obscure suits but they gotta add at least one protagonist type gundam in each timeline, for example they got turn A from obviously turn a gundam, barbatos from IBO, and exia from 00 but they couldn't get strike, or freedom or even aegis to represent the seed timeline, not even Astray from Astray instead they got... Hyperion, like I ain't even heard of Hyperion until today
Nah, it's still obscure. It's from a spin off of a spin off AND it's not even the main Gundam from that.
@@thepronoob4039 I mean, I already made a point that the obscure nature Hyperion is why I like the decision to include it in the game.
Gundam seed is extremely popular, I would assume March or April will be a wing unit

So long story short, you probably researched it already but. Hyperion is "Gundam Seed" MS from side story "Gundam Seed Astray X". Piloted by Cannard Pars another coordinator like Kira his mission is to kill him, but he encounters the Junk Guild crew and Prayer Reverie pilot of another gundam and rival to Cannard.
The Hyperion created by the earth alliance it was designed with implomenting the Umbrella Shield on it to protect the suit from all angles. Each Shield can be activated indepently or simultaniously depending of the pilot's choice. (which thats what you get too see in the trailer). Is back pack has Beam lancers they can be used as ranged or meele weapons ramming its lancers to enemy MS. It has other weapons like beam sabers and Rifle but they are pretty easy to figure out. Its a cool MS from one my favorite Side stories that feature my favorite Gundam from Seed The "Dreadnought Gundam"
I mean the dom trooper has a Beam shield up during its g maneuver he just has particle effects around it so you can’t really see it
I knew immediately where he was from even tho i never saw him were the hints they mentioned that being using beam shields and that he has the red astray head being probably the best hint they have done
If they’re adding two new suits within the two months of the season, they’re gonna need to tell us about the new way we will be getting capital so we can get them
They mentioned something about making the units easier to unlock. I edited out parts of the video to streamline everything.
My insane guess for the next MS, Gundam Wing: G-Unit, a side story manga set in the Gundam Wing universe. From that manga, Hydra Gundam was featured in one of the fighting games, Gundam Battle Assault, so maybe they’ll pick something from it again.
Gouf custom, Hyaku Shiki, and Tequila Gundam are my picks. Gotta have my vulcan sombrero.

I think the laser the Hyperion fired when it’s flew up was the piercing shot
I am genuinely kind of surprised we haven't seen any stealth-based unit yet. I was thinking the next SEED suit would be the Blitz just because it's the MS that makes the most sense to implement Stealth as a game design feature, but it could very well be they just don't want full-on Sombra-esque invisibility in Gundam Evolution.
they were gonna do something about currency in season 3 doesn't look like that's happening...
They mentioned something about making units easier to unlock in the full stream. I edited parts out since it was pretty long.

So they gave a hint for the next gundam unit for March. They said there's no representation of it in the game. And my first thought was the Build series and then i started thinking maybe the Wing series. Anyone have other guesses?
Well we still don't have any G, Wing, X, Reconguista or Witch from Mercury suit yet.
I doubt well get a WfM suit so soon so let's cross that out.
Bandai hates X, so let's cross that out too.
So we have G, Wing and Reconguista left.
Personally, I'd love to see a Reconguista suit to join. Let's see…… Yeah the G-Lucifer or Mack's Knife would be cool. It'd also tie into the Reconguista suits from last year.
current series that are not in game yet are G-Fighter, Wing, GX, AGE, G-Reco and WfM.
So essentially, that hint serves little to no purpose as of right now
Not to mention Thunderbolt, Hathaway, Victory, F91, Crossbone, SD series, Igloo, 8th MS Team, 0080, ZZ, and probably others I'm forgetting.
@@TanukiType doubt they're adding the new MS featured in Hathaway because they are so big, about Sazabi big

@@TanukiType I think they're counting timelines and not specifically stories.
Any Crossbone suit would be cool too, would love to see the Phantom or Ghost in the game.
Its not 2 a season, its still one per season this is an extra bonus they did for the community.
They originally said they would add multiple suits per season. Taking them by their word, that would be at least two per season, but they already broke that with Nu Gundam being the only one in S2.
@@TanukiType na that was a mistake on behalf of the community, we all found the original briefing where they said 1 unit per season
@@ITSCRAZEFTW I was basing it on what they said in this video ( th-cam.com/video/lngHBAjG2xs/w-d-xo.html&si=EnSIkaIECMiOmarE ) at the 13:50 mark. It's ambiguously worded instead of specifically saying "at least one per season." They need better translations of stuff in general.
Turn A nerf was unnecessary tbh. Hope they add the Capule. Also Asshimar is super fun to play.
Enemies can get inside the nu gundam shield it’s happened a few times to me
Yeah it's already does since Nu released, u can even slip out GunTank Core fighter to kill Nu from inside
Just went on the website and from what I can tell the shield barrier has infinite hp but for whatever reason... the duration drains if you get shot
Kinda stupid honestly. No point in having a high cd if you can just get lasered by a zaku ranged and get it drain in half a second
Then effectively it would be a decaying HP.
It has infinite HP I think because in lore it is unbreakable where it's only weakness is the battery.
I personally feel like it should just be based on time. 3 seconds, inf dmg but a 30 second cd or something like that
@@Bazskua it's the same in EXVS, an invincible barrier that has a timer but also loses time when hit. I think this works better because you won't whiff your barrier if your opponent just decides not to attack you when you have your barrier up.
Also again, ties into the manga where it being attacked drains the battery which it's in lore it's only weakness
Im more disappointed by the fact that of all the seed gundam type mobile suit they chose a very niche one "at best", like there were plenty of popular gundams in seed and they chose.. the most obscure one like they got turnA gundam, barbatos, and exia the protagonist ms from their own timelines and yet they couldn't get the strike or aegis

Man I dont like the Turn a Nerf. And they nerfed Murasai hook, its like they need everyone i love to play and buffed everyone i hate.
