lyanne because its law in Germany. You have to drive on the right lane. You are not allowed to use the left lane the whole time. The left lane is for overtaking. If you are like 100km/h u have to use the very right lane even when there are 3 lanes. There are still people who drive on the middle or left lane with like 120 km/h which isn't allowed and they put others and themself in risk.
It's called "rechtsfahrgebot".
Most drivers don't drive on the middle/right lane when they drive 200+ km/h because they don't expect that someone drives faster than them which is very dumb. Some drivers (like the guy in the video) are driving on the middle/right lane with 200+km/h and if u manage do drive like this people mostly consider you as a good driver (at least in Germany)
200 is not fast enough to stay on left line. There will also be someone who wants to go faster behind you in 1-2 minutes

Not really, the R8 has so many electric nannies plus massive stability and downforce, as well as all wheel drive. The Autobahn in also incredibly smooth, so the car isn't gonna jump around. Honestly as long as you have the ability to keep a car in it's lane you should be fine.
