      Then it is "Babası çocuğa bisiklet sürmeyi öğretiyor."

    The difficulty here is not about the use of icin, because it is straight logic, rather on the additions it come with the sentence structure ..those eklers that come with pronouns, datives, genitives etc..I mean we have to pay attention to a lot of small details....however, i am starting to get the hang of it.. thanks

      Natives would form the sentence this way:
      "Babası çocuğa bisiklet sürmeyi öğretiyor." This is the translation of "His/her father is teaching how to ride a bike to the child." And the literal translation of this Turkish sentence into English is like this:
      "His/her father is teaching bike riding to the child."
