I am learning turkish using an app called Duolingo, and also watching your videos, the videos help me tie it all together better. Thank you for sharing these videos. You are an amazing teacher 😊
Hello Can, thank you for the information. Can you please make a video for verb olmak, with all tenses, uses and examples. The information seems easy but when you need to use it turns out to be more complicated. Thanks in advanced!
Bu olağanüstü çabanız için çok teşekkür ederim. Gelecek için, yeni fiiller sunarken diğer şahıs zamirlerini örneklerinizde kullanmak için elinizden gelenin en iyisini yapın. Bunu yaparak, tanıtılan zamanlarla kullanıldığında öğrencilerin diğer zamirlerin kullanımında ustalaşmasına yardımcı olursunuz. Saygılarımla.
I am American. My wonderful husband is a native Turkish speaker. I get very confused with "olmak." In English we have the verb "to be" but it is so confusing. There are so many new verbs that come out of "olmak." Can you make a tiny video about this?
"Sarma" is another Turkish dish. The most common variety is "vine leaf sarma" (yaprak sarma), made of grape leaves. "Dolma" gets it name from the verb "doldurmak/to fill", it is made by filling bell peppers, aubergines and zucchinis. So, dolma and sarma are different things, when making "sarma", you wrap the suffing with vine leaves or cabbage leaves.
I learned a lot from your video's, really. Verbs in different tenses and example sentences - great 👍 You've put a lot of work into the preparation of this video, but it's high level 👏
EDIT: I noticed I asked about this two months earlier, and just received a reply to it. There is, thus, no need to reply the following: Hello. I noticed something strange with one of the first verbs: bilmek. The simple past tense for the first person singular appears as "biliyordum" and the tense is marked as "geçmiş zaman" like the other verbs, but its structure does not match the simple past verbal form. It looks like a continuous past tense form, which I haven't yet studied in Turkish. Is this a mistake? You said somewhere there are no irregular verbs in Turkish.
you could consider designing the video so that people can also benefit by hearing it. for example you can say the english equivalent before the turkish for every sentence.

Bu olağanüstü çabanız için çok teşekkür ederim. Gelecek için, yeni fiiller sunarken diğer şahıs zamirlerini örneklerinizde kullanmak için elinizden gelenin en iyisini yapın. Bunu yaparak, tanıtılan zamanlarla kullanıldığında öğrencilerin diğer zamirlerin kullanımında ustalaşmasına yardımcı olursunuz. Saygılarımla.

Dolma is called in Romanian ,, Sarmale,,
I believe that we took the recipe from the Turks long long time ago .
They are very delicious 🤤
"Sarma" is another Turkish dish. The most common variety is "vine leaf sarma" (yaprak sarma), made of grape leaves. "Dolma" gets it name from the verb "doldurmak/to fill", it is made by filling bell peppers, aubergines and zucchinis. So, dolma and sarma are different things, when making "sarma", you wrap the suffing with vine leaves or cabbage leaves.

You are a awesome teacher
Çok guzel teşekkür ederim
These are pretty useful to learn, Thanks
EDIT: I noticed I asked about this two months earlier, and just received a reply to it. There is, thus, no need to reply the following:
Hello. You said somewhere there are no irregular verbs in Turkish.
nice vıdeosç continue if you can talk turkish in your videos every time. thanks.
