@@PhillipBailey ahh good to know, any ideas on the entire assembly…actually I’ll just tell you my symptoms lol basically when I accelerate/decelerate there is this rythmatic noise kind of a cross between a drum and a hum that I’m hearing coming from my right passenger side and most have told me it sounds like the wheel bearing assembly is going out but I don’t know forsure
@hunterbates9539 I would not change the entire assembly but you may run into other expenses such as front brake pads and rotors. A wheel bearing noise is often a hum or howl increasing in intensity as the speed increases. It may also change with load if you turn right or left.
Clear methodical approach
I’d have you work on my car , top job 👌

Saves time to remove and install with Knuckle left in place
After watching this video I decided to take it to the shop. That looks like a pain in the ass.
Mosquito at 4:03 removed rotor, a helping hand.
A most awsome job sir,,well done😊😊
I would have used the press from start finish. Work smarter no harder.😊
Great video. I was thinking of trying this my self but I don't have all the right tools.
You could remove the knuckle and then take it to machine shop to have the bearing pressed out and in but likely won't save much.
You can rent the bearing press tool kit to save money
Hey thanks for the video! I'm about to do my focus in a few days and this is great reference. Cheers
real ruff
is a 2012 focus se the same
Yes same procedure but confirm torque specs
What do parts and labor typically cost?
The bearing and snap ring vary in price depending upon the quality. I'd recommend SKF at around $100 cdn. Labor is around 2 hours
