Very similar to my wonton soup. I put my shrimp pork and rest of stuffing into a food processor makes it more blended and easier to work with. My folding style for wontons a little more time consuming than yours may try your way when I'm pushed for time lol! Your wonton soup looks fabulous! Great channel you have!
I made this it turned out nice. I added a very small amount of sriracha sauce (splash). Added raw prawn w/o shell ( let soup cook them). Making the won ton is the only time taker. Use their Recipe @ sueandgambo.com/pages/wonton-...
Never made this or even tasted this type of soup.... I think I would leave the prawns whole(deveined) Then cook them in the soup so you could see them with the dumplings and mushrooms.....
