Probably forever. Unless the coil is directly perpendicular to the magnet and isn't moving, which is kinda hard to do, so it'll most likely keep spinning as long as the magnet is there.

This is a very small amount of current and voltage so nothing will happen if we hold it for few minutes. It won't burn our hand which is even very dry. I don't know what happens if we hold it for very long. Better don't try.
