    I love all your cooking from the beginning you are very blessed to have a mother that teaches you guys to cook authentic Laos food an to pass it on it makes you a wonderful wife an mom.. I enjoying learning an watching your real Lao cooking please more video!!

    Awe, you must miss your mom a lot, like I miss my mom. When you choked up when you talked about her, I shared your pain and I cried with you. I too learned many dishes from my mom, her simple favorite dishes bring back a found memory of her. She passed away years ago, I still miss her like it was yesterday. You're a good daughter and you set a good example and pass it down to your lovely daughter a great Lao tradition, and for that we thank you for sharing it. 💞💗

    Only ever had this when I occasionally visit the temple. Tonight I made this myself following your recipe, but with catfish filet and roasted and mashed ginger and galangal. Turned out awesome. Thank you to you and your mom for sharing the recipe. RIP der, maethu!

    I made this and added ground ginger and garlic to the lemongrass mixture. I also topped with chopped cilantro and fresh basil at the end. Very good.

    Awe, your Mama is beautiful. The stir fried eggplant looks delicious. My Mama is gone too, I was 27 years old when she died from ovarian cancer.
