All right, I’ve know PC TH-camrs or whoever have made fans shrouds for this kind of stuff now someone needs to make a fan shroud that can go over that hole easily and it adapts to a PC case fan or server fans
very helpful video, I live in Cuiaba, central Brazil where it's always hot (35C +) . Do you think my KS0 would overheat even with the fans setup correctly?
i think it would be fine as long as you are properly cooling. i would be concerned about humidity though, but if you're running other mining rigs down there with no issues regarding that then i think you would be fine.

I asked TSwift about this and he simply gaslighted the scenario.
Its small thing, but I dont like the idea of it being left unchecked. Its the sort of behavior that weakens the community and eventually invites govt regulation to have less of a fight in attempting to over reach itself.
Hopefully Tswift learns from this and is a decent guy, but the crypto community has never been known for being full of humble, sane, caring individuals. Maybe we like it that way.

some OCs won't work on specific models. Factory reset and try again with different OC

i don't think so. when you purchase the upgrade they ask for the mac address of the device and i think they keep you from being able to use it for multiple devices. I would ask tswift in telegram though or on discord for a definitive answer.
@@MaddioDaddioMining I wonder why would they ask the mac add, when they only add certain program on your ks0 pro.
@@quasar1268 each firmware is different. they actually tie the software with the mac address. they even say if you try it on another device they aren't responsible for damages. probably so you can't share the upgrade with anyone else.

technically yes, but making a few dollars a day currently? It's not about the current price though. Kaspa has the potential to shoot up quite a bit. if you decide to buy one just mine and hodl. Plus the power usage of this is so low it doesn't really matter. stick it in a corner, let it mine, and forget about it.
