LOJEL "Slim" Wallet (財布); as a TRIFOLD?

- The LOJEL slim wallet is a Japanese design, but I'm not sure a trifold can qualify as a "slim" wallet. The design is well thought out, including the magnetic closure since we all know trifolds tend to get bulky once you put too much in it. But you won't have that problem since card capacity is a bit limited, on purpose. So for a leather daily or travel wallet, this review will provide a nice diversion from the normal wallets you see every day.

I like the magnetic closure. That would be useful since I can never get my trifold to close. ❤
Huge fan of Lojel's suitcases (which is their primary product), their Voja is the best hardshell suitcase I've ever owned, easily blows competitors like Samsonite out of the water in terms of durability, design, and style. Their product sits at the price tier where your extra dollars are going towards a higher quality product, but not towards an expensive brand logo like a Rimowa or a Tumi.
However all of their other product offerings are pretty hit-or-miss. This wallet at that pricepoint seems to fall into the miss category.

Would you recommend as a front pocket carry?
It would be more functional if one of the card slots had a pull tab, like the Frenchie speed wallet. The nice part of that wallet is, you don’t need to open the trifold to access your cards.

Seems like for a trifold it doesn’t hold so much. If one has a larger size wallet it might as well hold a lot. And little surprising a Japanese wallet thst doesn’t hold coins.
It identifies as slim
