Oh yeah, chafing is a concern. I always use my body glide before a run. Many ultra runners swear by silicone based sex lube. It’s sweat and water proof and stays put for those loooong runs. I've struggled with motivation lately for my runs, not training for anything just doing a 5k program. ButI love seeing these vidoes gives me so much momentum to want to get out. Today is going to be a leg strength day because I had a bit of discomfort and don't want to push myself. Have this on while I work and love hearing about the 100 miles planning. So excited for you!

Body glide works well for my thighs, but not so much my chest!! The silicone based sex lube is actually such a great idea, thank you!!!
