Nice phone, I'm using the Galaxy A 20 that phone has similar specs as the A20. I can usually get on my usage on the A20 4000mah battery about 24 hours from 100% to the red line. That's really good for a budget phone.
Would the 2 GB ram affect the longevity of the phone? How many years of use can I expect out of something like this with just casual usage like browsing social media, news and watching videos?
Why is everyone so amped for the A11? Is it the screen size and cameras? My A5 (2017) has the same stats , plus nfc, better camera, gyro, glass back. Weaker battery. So why am I getting the A11?
Here's a tip, best tip ever for this particular phone actually, DON'T GET IT. i literally found myself yelling at my phone and extremely high blood pressure bc it's so frkn slow switching from anything. Can pretty much have only 1 app open for use at a time, then need to reboot to open and use another, then same thing for another, and another, and so on.... Then went to Motorola Fusion One+ and it was an enormously huge night and day difference. No more hostility yelling at my phone and slept much better at night.
I got the A50 currently I was thinking on getting the A51 but I don't think that's really much of an upgrade if you think of it. Comparing the A51 to the A11 what's the difference besides NFC and the in display finger print scanner? A better screen? I don't notice that anyways lol. I could buy two A11 phones before one A51 lol idk it's me being cheap. The A51 is better dont get me wrong, I love my A50 but I could live without fast charging, Samsung pay, and the in display finger print scanner if I'm saving $220 lol.

Billie if you don’t want to spend to much and get just basics then get the A71 but if you want Great performance and have a more premium feeling with sacrificing low battery mha then get the SE 2nd gen. Though the A13 chip in the learns from your daily usage of your phone and will help minimize battery consumption.

Now if only Samsung will not forget supporting SOFTWARE and SECURITY Android updates for these phones next year and the next. Unfortunately, cheap price means Samsung will forget about these phones very quickly. I don't need and I don't want to buy a new phone Every Year, just so my phone keeps updated.

Exactly! In my personal opinion the A30 was one if not the best bang for the buck phone, especially with its display so for it to not get a design change seems weird.
Adding the punchole but keeping that big bottom bezel is just lazy on Samsung’s part. Budget or not it wouldn’t have been anything crazy to remove some of that bezel.
Came back here to write my little thoughts/mini review on this phone after getting it with a phone package discount (only had to pay the equivalent of 25ish USD for it). I've been using it for 2 days and have been messing around non-stop with it. Phone does its job well. I have ran into some hiccups and short freezes, but it makes sense because it only has 3 GB RAM. The phone fits well in my hand without a case and actually feels amazing to hold. It's really light and makes for change from my Realme C3 and Samsung Galaxy Note 9. The cameras were better than I thought. They take relatively decent photos in good lighting. Face ID and fingerprint sensor were quite fast (actually somehow a little faster than my Samsung Galaxy Note 9). A small thing I loved about this phone is how strong the vibrations feel (with regards to haptic vibro while typing and vibro from calls) Any game that isn't 3D works perfectly fine. I tried playing games like PUBGM but personally, the framedrops during shooting/heavy action was too much for my taste. Also it's worth noting this phone does not have a gyroscope, so no gyro aiming if you're going to buy this phone. Unfortunately for me, because I was wearing jeans on the first day of using the phone, and my jean pockets are really small, I sat down and dropped the phone on concrete. The phone was fine but the very evident scratches were present from the impact from the plastic back. The screen was still pristine though, which is a relief. One small gripe I have is the fact that the Blue Light Filter option isn't customizable. You can't adjust how warm you want the filter to be. It's literally just binary ON/OFF option for one shade of a blue light filter. Overall, for a budget phone, and for the actual price I got it for, I'm happy. It will serve me well as my work/secondary phone. I can give it an 80/100

If you want the UI to be snappier. Just adjust the animation scales to 0 or 0.5 then you're good to go.
