Good stuff. I'm a Graphite Design guy but this has peaked my interest. Currently playing the UB 5s in the AI Smoke Max driver. Would love to see head to head with UB and the 24 Red.
Excellent video mate, just the info I’ve been looking for, currently running the Srixon ZX5 driver with the Evenflo 50g reg - similar swing speed to yourself and reckon I could get a bit more out of it with a change of shaft, would you recommend?
Unfortunately, all these videos prove to be basically useless to the average golfer. What we really need to do is find somebody who is a very low handicap and swings in your swing speed range. They should have videos like this set up where one guy has a swing speed of 70-80 mph, another at 80-90 mph, another at 90-100 mph, another at 100-110 mph, and maybe another at 110-120. Players need to find a guy with a similar swing speed so that the assessments will get them in a more useful ballpark for themselves. A guy who swings 82 mph with a driver is not gonna gain any information from this video from someone swinging with over 110 mph. I have this complaint with everyone who puts up these type of videos because I feel strongly that the player needs to find someone in their range in order to get some useful information. If there could be a series of videos where you list the swing speed range in the title, that will help people very much get better information for themselves. Just a thought. I’m a 1 handicap by the way, so this isn’t coming from some weekend hack. Just someone who’s always seeking out information and I think this is a much better way of doing it.
@@10MFAN find me a player that hits the centre, has the qualifications and insight to make an educated comment that also swings at 70 that wants to give out free information to everyone on TH-cam. It’s a hard person to find. I’m sorry that you find my videos useless. Hopefully somebody finds some value in them.
Great video! Can’t wait to see to Vs Vs for the black!
Great video Greg, as always!
@@Ali_g72 thanks mate
Oh so close to 160 Greg. You hit that 2024 version so good.
@@darveed62 fingers crossed it continues to behave for me.
Nice! I mix it up in my woods. Driver - Ventus+ Red 24 5s, 5-wood - AD DI Orange 7s, 9-wood - Oban Revenge 8s
I had TR red in a 4 wood!
It was SO SICK until it broke! 😢 gonna buy another red for sure!
Good review. The 2024 Red6+ S-flex & x-flex are weighted the same. Which did u use in the comparison? Thanks
I got rid of the 2024 blue for the 2024 Red. Wow great shaft Greg. How about 2024 Red vs 2024 Blue please
@@andrewmathrick4791 love that idea.
@@SydneyGolfTechyes please
Looking forward to seeing it in action on Sunday

@@chrismcardle8236 very hard to say without knowing anything about your swing but I’m sure there will be better combos than the evenflo
Hi Greg how about 2024 Ventus Blue vs 2024 Ventus Red
Did you get too tired after hitting the other shafts first?
Greg, how does it compare to your previouse gamer Tensei Blue 1K? You like it better?
But you're talking $350USD difference in cost for that slight difference in feel. Really?
@@jamesgerboc I’m not sure what you mean here. All are velocore models that are $350 USD, so where is the difference?
@SydneyGolfTech I thought you were comparing to non-V shafts.
106 mph club got you that 159 mph ball speed with 1.49 efficiency. And you got up to 107 mph club.
@@michaelocean4788 I have been at 106 and 107 before, but not 159 ball.
