    I really appreciate the local farmer point, and I'm strongly of the opinion that beef, even grain fed, is the most sustainable and ethical animal product.
    But its important to note that if you aren't buying from that farmer, your super market meat came from no where near you and maybe under entorely different conditions

    I appreciate the intention and you're a good presenter, but you are making mistakes in your information.
    I mean regenerative agriculture is great. But the mathane cows burp out isn't "rained" down, and the grass only captures CO2, not mathane, so you have a period before the Methane is oxidized in the atmosphere where it is creating a heating effect.
    I appreciate that you correctly explained the extinction of the Bison. Its so often treated as an "oops".
