AMD Roof Skin
AMD Deck Filler
OEM Sail Panels were used but AMD Quarters could be used as well.
Man growing up we had a 72 with rag top I wish my parents would have kept it. Such a great looking car. I would definitely buy a restored one since I don’t have time to do it myself ☹️

I would have used rust Mort on those braces before epoxy but it looks good how you quick fixing it

What does something like this cost? My 72 Monte needs the same treatment
80 is my current hourly rate. Nowadays with the availability of the AMD quarters better to just do full quarters and roof if the sides are bad. I'd guess 40-50 hrs

Any chance you got a part number for the glass seal and bedding you mentioned? My 71 only has the urethane and it's gotten squirrelly like you mentioned.
its just a foam dam kit and urethane from a tube. The ribbon seals are not correct for a proper installation

Roughly what did you charge for labor? Good work
2k was the labor on this Job. Can vary up or down a little, this was based at 50hr. Now I had to increase to 60.
What flux welder are you using? It doesn’t warp the metal? I was thinking about buying a mig but if I can get away with a flux welder I’m definitely going to do that.

I can use both with that welder. With any sheetmetal welding you have to give time to cool regardless of welder
