AMAZING lean tour at SDC in Northern Ireland

I first visited SDC in early 2020 and to see the progress is just so gratifying. It hasn't been easy but the team are certainly now on the right lean track, with great momentum and some massive results.
They are also doing a tremendous job with ‪@GembaDocs‬ , using the printed versions of SOP's, some screens for deploying in the workshop, with even a streamdeck for ultra easy access - a tremendous job!
