AME 2 Second Lean Tour: Sticky RX

Join AME's 2 Second Lean Tour Series with host Paul Akers as we visit Sticky RX.
On April 1, 2019 Sticky RX began its lean journey after discovering Paul Akers on TH-cam. It became very clear that the company culture was weak and needed serious change. Two and a half years later the culture is transformed and thousands of improvements have been made. While the team is small, it's a total participation culture. The adoption of 2 Second Lean allowed Sticky RX to develop as individuals and develop a culture that is not far from Toyota in Japan.
This tour is part of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence's 2 Second Lean Tour series hosted by Paul Akers, author of the book 2 Second Lean and owner of FastCap.

Bummer this dude felt he needed to flash his Trump 24 picture right in the beginning. Our company loves sharing these tours in our morning meetings but we all have staff with various political views and it’s just not very respectful of them.

What is respectful is respecting the views of others. I don't hide my views and I don't expect anyone to hide theirs. Frankly, it's only liberals that cannot control their emotions. Perhaps focus on the 45 minutes of good content instead of the 2 seconds (no pun intended) of the content that hurts your feelings.
