    The line “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day” was invented in the 19th century by Seventh Day Adventists James Caleb Jackson and John Harvey Kellogg to sell their newly invented breakfast cereal.

      Possibly so but our Circadian Rhythm is timed for breakfast. The digestive tract is at it's strongest in the morning and weakens as the day progresses.

      My grandma always gives me one raw egg (from our own chickens) with a pinch of salt.
      And she was always waiting nearby till the shell is empty.
      Noe.
      44 years later, I'm so grateful, she did it!
      Knowing now, what I know now (on the "boring " carnivor for a year now)- it was not a breakfast, it was a protein/vitamin/minerals supplementation!
      She passed away on the age 86, in the sleep, and never had any life long medications❤

    I am in tears listening to the struggle this surgeon went through to prove that our system is designed to fail us. Someone who struggled with Endometriosis, i did my own research.
    I did have my excision surgery by someone who did this day in and day out. I am more compelled to follow low carb and carnivore. I have GI issues and all the gastro doctors and everyone tells me i need more fiber and veggies and i know very well, veggies make my gut turn. He is an amazing doctor, thank you Judy for bringing him on!

    Thank you for this amazing video! Can not wait for part 2. I am a nurse and am trying to help people understand the vital role nutrition plays in our health.     I attended an SDA church for four years until the plandemic. Very sweet people but....
    Many of them are infertile. Half of them over sixty have had joints replaced. Lots of seed oils, carbs, beans, sugar at the pot lucks.
    The physical and mental health changes in my life since going meat based is huge.
    I never went full vegan but did try plant centered for a few weeks. Felt like garbage.

    It's funny that in the US we have the ATF (Alcohol, Tobbaco & Firearms) but no SRS (Sugar, Refined Carbs, Seed Oils), which are arguably as deadly. No need to ban any of those things, but messaging should be highly negative.

    You mentioned the increase in depression among young people due to the "pandemic." I would only suggest that the more likely causes were the "pandemic" measures, ineffective and inappropriate for the situation, such as home quarantine for the whole population, distancing, masks, coerced injection, media fear-mongering, people bullying each other on "compliance," people thinking every other person was carrying a deadly disease, school protocols that forced these measures on students.... the list of atrocities can go on and on. All of that junk is what made us anxious and depressed.

      Oh yes, I should have clarified. When I bring up depression, it's not because of COVID but the measures used for COVID. We as humans are not meant to be isolated or many of the other measured used to keep us at home.

      Keep on with the change slowly,
      You will become smarter within a short time, and so you will get smart ideas and get a way to earn more money to invest in your physical and mental health,
      Do not consume anything canned,
      Try to eat seafood, even if it has some kind of contamination, it is still better than canned foods,
      Just take it easy,
      One thing at a time,
      If possible eggs, if possible raise your own chickens,
      Or buy free-range eggs,
      Here we are and we are going to live the best life has to offer for all of us, without exception.

    I think learning the very small details like how Carbs affect the Glycocalyx more so than fat or protein are where it starts to become so much more apparent that we simply don't know enough about how the body works in general society and this is a big reason why there is so much mis-information that takes hold out there. Most people just never get to this level of even trying to understand and there is too much incentive to not go there at all cost. ( This is not just a nutrition issue )

    Lots of people don’t take type 2 diabetes seriously because you can’t see it or feel it. Not all have amputations. My friend died from kidney failure.

    Hospital food is horrible!
    And this affects not only patients. Technicians, nurses and doctors as well! They eat this ... stuff every day.
    I noticed during recent visits that substantial majority of medical professionals are overweight.
    And this is in Boston and Worcester area.

    Love how informative and interesting your videos always are, Judy! I've been carnivore for some months now and so far it's going really well, even though I can only afford ground beef and some pork, I'm finally getting rid of my dermatitis. I'm trying to introduce other cheap carnivore foods like eggs and canned sea food and fish but I'm worried about mercury and heavy metal poisoning due to canned tuna, etc. Any suggestions? are sardines and salmon safer?

      Dr. Ken Berry says that the smaller the fish the less toxins in their system. As the bigger fish eat the smaller ones the toxins build up. Fish like anchovies, sardines, and salmon are the best, he says.

    I´ve had my first actual TURD in almost 10 years after 5 days of almost purely carnivore diet... I was eating oats and much of them for breakfest in the morning, now i do eggs and bacon... I was eating a ton of chips , nuts with sunflower or rapeseed sold as a alternative to chips, and to many kebabs. :P I was pooing like a big fat bull. Now I make human turds. Is is wonderful the effects already! :)

    I have been following you, Dr. Berry, Dr. Cyves, Dr. Richard Johnson, etc. and I still can't resist an occasional bowl of ice cream and cookies. My mom had schizophrenia and was an absolute sugar fiend. Last year I had better success but recently I'm struggling. Im trying to understand the triggers to better manage them. Is there a resource I can reach out to?

      My 2 cents from trying a lot of stuff is this. You have too many bad bacteria that crave shitty food, for me at least as long as i get enough fermented foods ( especially kefir and sauerkraut ) most of my cravings go away.

      Lot of craving for sweets is from parasites living inside you. Look up Dr. Jennifer Daniels. She has a great program for ridding the body of parasites.

      Hi Reginald,
      I watch Judy, Dr Ken Berry, and others. I felt the same but it gets easier with time.
      Ken Berry says eat fat and meat until you can't eat another bite.
      Also make sure your not just thirsty. You might mistake thirst for hunger.
      And Judy says there are abstainers and moderators.
      I am an abstainer, I cannot eat sugar in moderation. I am struggling right now to be honest. I have accepted I will most likely be a sugar addict.
      If your looking for something different. I want to know too. But I think it's willpower and it's hard. I fight with myself everyday. I remind myself of why I don't want sugar anymore.
      Remember we have been sugar consumers since infancy. Sugar is rewarding. But it's a bad relationship.
      Speaking of bad relationships, you can develop new relationships. Like drawing, coloring, reading, writing, walking, jogging, running, building projects, learn new skills. These are all the things I say to myself.
      I accept that it doesn't get easier.
      It also isnt easy for athletes either.

      I found having a high proportion of fat with my meals helped greatly. I've seen recipes for easy carnivore ice cream using vanilla essence and just enough monk fruit sweetener to make it enjoyable. For me it took time to cut down but I have finally got to a place where I no longer crave sweet things, thankfully. Make sure your food contains the highest nutritional value, like beef, eggs etc. As your body gets used to getting what it needs, from my experience the cravings gradually disappear. Like Dr Fettke said, your body could be needing some vital nutrients and therefore will crave a 'hit' of something. For me, going carnivore helped greatly, because it is extremely low carb, provides tons of nutrients and I can eat as much as I want to satiety. Good luck, my friend, on your continuing wellness journey!

    I worked in school fruit service for over 25 years. And we were told in the 60s is when they came out and said that breakfast most important meal of the day for children and started the school breakfast program

    I was just in the hospital, for only one day. I ordered some ground beef, it was so over cooked I could not eat it. I was limited to 'one entree' which was a pitiful amount of protein. Next meal, I ordered some ice cream. Sadness.

    I’ve been doing carnivore for about a month now, And my energy is low. Is this normal while the body transitions? I am thinking about adding carbs to my diet again because I don’t feel good.

      I'm 63 been Carnivore for 2.5 years now, some of my changes pre diabetes were corrected quickly, but I had energy issues off and on for months, I still seem to be adjusting for the better. One thing that helps me, when I feel lethargic is to burn through my natural body's glucose and get into the fat burning stage, a brisk walk will do. I personally will, walk and a very little jogging and walk again, some weight lifting as well, when I'm not working outside. My latest discovery is soending a day cutting and hand splitting firewood, I can go all day at a nice pace fully fasted from night before.
      Stay the course Vanessa you will reap the rewards. Keep watching Judy, and others like her, and read the comments of so many others who have benefited from carnivore, that's what built my faith when I was weak. One last thing, God isn't a respecter of persons in MY view He created this wonderful body to heal, you dont even have to be a believer it's like gravity, if we jump off a cliff we violate the law of gravity,
      if we violate dietary laws we suffer I'll health. Sorry I'm long winded but I hope this helps.

I am also an active person and work out in a fasted state twice a week, longboard and walk. Hopefully I feel better sooner than later!

      @@vanessap8717 salt is good advice, some don't seem to need it, I do, it does help, I do take magnesium or I get leg cramps, I've tried cutting back on both salt and magnesium, but the cramps come back.
      Does it help my energy? Perhaps, it does help relax my muscle tightness if that makes sence. I'm convinced 100 percent from other Carnivore Practitioners and 100s of testimony's this works, if you do your research and stay low carb, keep your insulin from spiking your body will respond.

    One thing I wonder about in all this, has to do with your interview with Dr. Garrett Smith, about vitamin A toxicity. He says that it's actually a player in the diabetes thing, saying that vitamin A directly causes insulin resistance, and then once you resolve this toxicity the body can more readily handle carbs.

    I would imagine it’s difficult for people to go carnivore with the prices going so high right now, especially with meats.

      It is actually cheaper to go on carnivore. There are a ton of meat sales weekly at Smart and final, Ralph’s and Vons . Aldi has good deals. I go deals hunting between Sunday and Tuesday and when I find discounted meats packages, I buy as many as I can load on the freezer . I buy organic eggs at Aldi for $3.5 a dozen.

      I don't find it more expensive when I don't need to buy vegetables and fruits that many times need to be tossed away when not fresh anymore or spend on pantry items . Ground beef is still affordable. No need to get ribeyes. Chuck roast is a good substitute at much lower price

      Purchase beef, pork, chicken, eggs, etc from a farmer if possible. Much cheaper than a grocery store.

    56:30 time stamp: WEF is targetting peoples life in the context of energy consumption and food. With their (special_drawing_rights) IMF CBDC (central bank digital currency) they can easily sanction any purchasing power of any one individual. That is scary. We have to come up with a DCDT (de-centralized digital token) where health is the metric of sustained value, so we can buy food outside that system. Is it bitcoin or is it something much better?

      Also: the ppl pushing for this sort of stuff, I don’t get the impression they are evil. They really believe that what they will be doing is justified because it’s correct. So this is why is super super critical for the truth to come out. It’s also important that more ppl get involved in politics instead of getting angry at moronic decisions that get made.

    It’s not complete blind faith Judy there’s more archaeological evidence for the Bible than any other book of so-called religion. Yes there’s a portion that is a faith cause we don’t understand everything but if you do the research for the validity of the Bible there is quite a lot evidence archaeological and historical writings other than the Bible that point to the validity of the Bible.

    Dr F is great and he needs to do a better job of verbally collaborating with his interviewer. Judy is great and she needs to do a better job of managing her interviewee. It becomes boring when you are looking at 2 participants and only one is doing most of the talking. It literally feel bad for Judy. It’s not just the information, it’s the presentation that counts in this medium.

      I like that Judy (and I) are able to listen without interruption. Great way to focus/learn maximally from this extremely knowledgeable and concerned doctor.

      I find your comment interesting. I think Judy is a very skilled interviewer. I've listened to many talks and interviews with Dr F. He's challenging as he doesn't listen. He's full of himself and HIS knowledge, HIS experience, HIS practice. I've seen this in every podcast. He's full of good information too, or I wouldn't listen to him. Judy handled him well. Watch other interviews with him and compare how others handle him....... Dr F. is not one to interact with his interviewer.
