Prevent it by avoiding seed oils, vegetable oil like canola, safflower soy, corn oils etc. So basically no processed food or restaurants because it's in everything even the salad dressings. Don't eat crap don't feel like crap.

For me, it was massive dietary changes. Eating grass-fed meats, local veggies, took about 4 years to get off dialysis, but I did it.

I'm not a doctor but I have heard good things about what I'm about to mention. Activated charcoal from coconut shells is good for removing toxins and helping kidney function but not good long terms because it not absorbs toxin but nutrients. There is a better form in Asia that is modified so that it doesn't take the good nutrients. Look on a page of an Asian woman named Katherine on TH-cam. Also reishi mushroom is good because it lowers protein. Eat a low protein diet, low sodium and low phosphorus diet and use calcium carbonate because it keeps phosphorus levels down.

Today she went for dialysis they moved the needle from her neck and put it in her hand, they then move it back to her neck as it wasn't working in her hand. Good grief. You didn’t have stage 5 kidney disease, you had renal insufficiency brought on due to trauma to your body from your heart situation. What happened to stages 1-4???? I know from personal experience, your kidneys slowly fail in stages over time. If it happens out of the blue it is renal insufficiency. My kidneys shutdown after I was in the hospital with an infection and had an operation. No prior issue. As I got healthier and got put on a trial for a specific diuretic my kidneys started up again.
It's an acute kidney issue. Not chronic.

This isnt the same as kidney disease. I have kidney cancer which has caused kidney disease. Kidneys do not regenerate like the liver can. Once kidneys are damaged from disease or cancer, the damage is done. There is no repair. His situation is different. Please be aware of this!

Water fasting is only drinking water and no food at all for days. I for example water fast for 3 days(72hrs) but for even better results I am now going to water fast for +-30 days or as much as I can handle. When you break the fast, DO NOT EAT CRAZILY, ONLY EAT SMALL PORTIONS AT A TIME FOR A FEW DAYS AFTER (Health food only) OR ELSE IT COULD BE FATAL AND YOU COULD DIE. Do your own research.

This, I believe, is different from chronic kidney disease, which I have at stage 4. CKD is an irreversible condition, which is managed by medication and assisted by diet, neither can remove the underlying problem of a CKD. In December last year, I ended up with an acute kidney injury (AKI) which made me almost lose my kidney function and hospitalised me with Urosepsis. An AKI is a reversible problem, meaning it can with the right treatment improve. However,the improvement was not sufficient to bring the kidneys back to the eGFR pre-infection level, which now sits around 20% lower than it was.
10/27/2022: I have a Vitamin D overdose in my kidney. As a result, the Vit D is creating too much calcium in my kidney as well. Now I'm overdosed on both. I started baking soda 3 days ago. I am scheduled to have another test at the end of the month. I will update the result by then.
UPDATE 11/23/2022: So I took the test and Im disappointed to report, it didnt even go down one point. My doc ordered another lab test for December. So, I will report here again end of this month.
POSITIVE: The positive thing though is I have NO MORE LEG CRAMPS! I used to get cramps all the time especially when my kidney especialist told me to STOP taking all vitamins because they may have hidden calcium in it and magnesium is being used in all these vitamins as a carrier which magnifies the calcium in my kidney. Since I stopped vitamins, my worst fear is NOT being able to take Potassium which helps reduce leg cramps. But to my surprise, taking the baking soda is a huge blessing in disguise. It IMMEDIATELY STOPPED MY LEG CRAMPS within 24-48 hours! It is even more effective than potassium or any other stuff out there!

If the physician could not explain this, then they should not be a physician , I think the physician probably did explain it to the patient , but the patient did not comprehend. Acute kidney failure . Kidney can improve but not in all cases
