    If you’re going to highlight Oklahoma for the CSA, then you should also probably highlight the various territories controlled by the Union (e.g. Colorado, Nebraska, Utah, etc). Kansas also joined the Union in January 1961 as a Free State, so that should be indicated on this map. Oregon was also a US State, achieving statehood in 1859, so that should be indicated on this map as well. Missouri never actually seceded, and was never occupied during Reconstruction like the Confederacy was, so it should be treated like the rest of the Union on this map.

    Sorry uhh olklhoma was not a part of the csa or the uss it was a territory

      Yes but during the civil war it was primarily occupied my the CSA

    Missouri was a csa state but they never left the union
