Just 3M tape, no bolts holding that bracket? Also can you share the 14 gauge wire you used?
The bracket uses 3M tape plus the 2 screws for the factory 3rd brake light mounting holes.

You can reuse that grommet off the OEM 3rd brake light. With just a little cutting of the narrow rubber part of the grommet, you can pull the grommet off the original wiring without cutting the wires. Then just fish the small red connectors through to give you a nice sealed connection.
also, tape a string or another wire to that OEM 3rd brake light wire and pull it through when you remove the OEM wiring. Then tape the red connectors from the ICS wiring to the string and pull it back through.
Would a c4 ladder already installed be an issue with this install? Especially with removing spoiler, granted it ain’t touching or attached to spoiler.
I have not tried it on one with the ladder. I do believe it could be more difficult and you might have to take the ladder off to do the job.
So it’s no longer a brake light.
The two circle lights on the side of the S2s are red LEDs and plug straight into your factory third brake light harness. Then you wire up your S2s however you would like.
How is the view out the rear view mirror? Does it stick down a bit?
It does but not in a way that would obstruct your view in a bad way.
Now that you’ve had them for a couple months, are there any concerns about the weight of the lights pulling off from their attachment
Thank you for asking. They have not budged. I have been on some pretty gnarly trails and are still attached. Am I concerned they will fall, yes. Have they given me any reason to be concerned? No.
What gauge wire did you use to run through the headliner to the switch?

Are the brake lights ridiculously bright?
They are good and light up red. Going to make another video on that because I totally did not show them off
