This is an absolute 100% knock off of the VSE kit that's made in the USA. They also have other products for Diesel trucks, my VSE kit has been on for 6 months now
I wish I would have went. Looks awesome
I saw you at siverton
That's awesome. I'm out here for a week exploring.
nice
I have this kit, will this kit make any check engine lights or any problems happen if I do it? I’m not deleted yet
@JakerMB I am not deleted and this kit had not set any check engine lights in 5k miles.
@@timthetrailman4563 great, thanks

@@sempergumbie you're welcome.
The excess he shows at 4:28 is a deal breaker for me.
@scarpia519 that is a good point. I definitely put them on the wrong side and only learned that about a month ago. It would be best for me to make an updated video on that. They are good seat cover at a good price. Definitely not the best but also won't break the bank.
How do you get to this trail?
@@chrisdriner look up Sea Creek in Suches, Ga
@@timthetrailman4563I found it thanks
Hi! Great vid! I’m installing these on my 4Runner on Wednesday. How far down did you have to bring that caller in order to achieve 3”? Also did you bring the driver side down a little more to compensate for the lean? Thank you!!!
@ChrisBreezy714 thank you for watching and commenting. I had to adjust it a couple times to get it right. I did adjust the driver's side down another turn or two to adjust. For 3 inches it is not much unless you are running a bunch of weight up front. If you message me on IG I can send photos.
switch pros, every garmin product ive owned has failed prematurely.. haven't owned this one tho and wont
Thank you for that feedback. I'm sorry to hear that about your Garmin products. I've had mostly good luck with their products and customer service. From ease of use and install the Garmin is better but in your case with past experience I don't blame you for going with Switch Pro
Like the 2000 light and has some nice features, I have the 1200 and wonder if the 2000 tri-pod stand will work with a 1200.
That is a good question. I am not sure. Maybe some one else can comment on that. @sempergumbie
@@timthetrailman4563 I may have missed this part, saw you could dim the lights and change color via blue tooth. Can you turn the light off via Bluetooth ?
@59sixstring94 yes you can.
The head units will fit
Great video Tim! You will love this light on your trip! Also thanks for rocking the Semper Gumbie Channel shirt!
Thank you. Good eye on your part. You're welcome.
Why didn't you run the hose out the back of the ccv block and down on the side of the enigne towards the ground
That could have been an option but the hose also plugs the intake hole where it recirculates it back into the intake.
spelab all chinese made parts? looks to be a copy of the VSE kit which is USA made?
They are a Chinese company. I have not heard of VSE. I will look them up.

Wow.. this Chinese knock off stuff is getting out of control. VSE was the original design of this product. I know because I bought mine from them.
a mac 5 point torx works well as does a 7/32 mac short extractor
Thank you for that feedback. I am not sure if I own either of those but I never mind buying more tools.
I live on the creek right at the start of Bucktown FS road. I can see the headlights from my cabin on the mountain across the valley from that section of road when I am up there. I ride on 2 wheels back in there.
That's the best thing I've seen about tire PSI. Thanks for sharing 👍
You are welcome. Thank you for watching and the kind feedback.
Good stuff man! Could have been much worse. We got back from KY and my clutch plate broke and Hunters brakes went out so we have been doing repairs all week.
Thank you for watching. You are right on it could've been worse at Windrock. I'm sorry to hear about the mechanical break downs. That sounds like some good father son time.
it just goes on and on!
You know it. It was dark in there. For a minute.
I have bailed on trails like that. Fine when dry but a trap when wet, I have stories of damage. Wind rock, on most easy trails is fine but you just have to read the signs like all the wash outs heading up. Sorry you had damage but I did nearly the same thing on the DBBB in Kentucky last year. Stuff happens. $$$$
I agree. Wet vs dry changes trails drastically. It's an expensive hobby we play.
About to install one myself on my new 4Runner, but may wait a bit, as I want to install it when I change over the aftermarket bumper and install the winch and new fog lights, it's gonna be a big project. But I suppose they make a big difference I had a good one (factory) on my F-150 with the 8200GVWR package and towing through the mountains, it was great, heat of the summer chugging up the steeper hills and it never was out of the 195-206 degree range the whole time, so trans coolers are a great investment and it had nearly 200K miles too.
I too, went with the fox 2.5's. I actually found a set, front a rear with BDS UCA's and a set of OME 600 lb springs off of FB market place, brand new for only $2,700.
That's a great buy.
@@timthetrailman4563 Agreed. Which is why it's on my 4Runner now 😁
Poor Roxanne!
I agree. Not my best moment but makes for best memories
Now you have an excuse to get fiberglass fenders and a long travel suspension see it always works out in the end😂
I like the way you think.
What trail is that that mangled your fender? Headed up there Friday.

@@timthetrailman4563 thanks man🤙
@@blacksky909 you're welcome. I can send coordinates via IG DM if you message me on there.
Ty sir, I've got the map from them and see where it is. I think I hit that one a couple years ago but hard to say since there is so many! We plan on exploring the right side of the park this time!
Does anyone know of a good pair of h13 led bulbs???
Why does no one make a font delete kit?
Those you just remove. Nothing is different or exposed when removed. My fronts are off but I don't need any other pieces put back to secure trim. The rear needs that kit to secure the bumper cover and wheel liner.
@@timthetrailman4563 but there are some gaps behind there to collect things?
@@jdogtag567 there is indeed. Same with the kit in the rear. It will hold dirt/mud no matter what from my experience.
@@timthetrailman4563 thanks for quick reasons. I'm pretty new at this. Just my) hot my 4runner beginning of May.
@jdogtag567 you're welcome. Congratulations!! They will suck you bank account dry with adventures and mods
Great work on the drone shots Brother.
Thank you.
Tim, I started to cringe when you went throu that section, I was telling myself I hope you dont slide to the driver side!
You and me both. I thought my tires would do better than the Jeep in front of me because she was on AT with lower tread life left. I was wrong about that.
That was a fun day all things considered. And glad the damage was minimized
Absolutely. I'd go back. Just need to pick better lines. Nothing portals couldn't fix.
First reverse viper cut
Exactly. I am hoping it catches on.
Do you have to fuse the safety hub?
Mine came with 2 fuses in it to run to the power switches. I'm not sure if Blaze Off-Road put those in as part of the kit or not. The regular fuses for accessories I had to add.
@@timthetrailman4563 no i mean when you run power to the safety hub, did you have to fuse it at the battery? What size did you use if you did. I know the garmin power switch has 125 amp fuses.
@99leeray yes, I am not sure what size but I believe 250amp being each garmin can pull 100amps each. The 4runner is currently in the shop. I can check later this week. I don't have any power wire not fused between a power source and component.
Awesome video! Mind me asking how many thread turns it took to actually get 3inch of lift? Thank you!
Thank you. The 4runner is in the shop. I think it is like 3. It really is different for every setup. Depending on the spring rate and weight you have on the vehicle.
Thanks for posting this. I just had a shop that had the Toyota software add the Spare Tire Sensor and configure it so it shows the Spare tire pressure on a 2022 TRD Off road (not premium). I searched everywhere to see if it was going to work on the NON Premium TRD OR. So if anyone is looking. It worked for me. I did have to show him the video. OEM TPMS.
You're welcome. I am glad it helped. Mine is a non premium too
What brand and model is that gauge you are using to monitor your tranny temp? Also does it connect to the ODM port on the 4Runner?
It is the Scan Gauge 3. It does plug into the OBD 2 port
Reverse viper cut
Did that affect your factory warranty?
I'm not sure. No need to take it to the dealership yet.
Hello
Outstanding!
Thank you
From what I’ve read, 1 should be pan temp and 2 should be converter. 2 fluctuates a lot but you should be more concerned with 1
Thank you for that feedback. I was thinking that but had no way of confirming.
You know it got real when the tin snips come out
That's the truth
Great body work 😂. What happened? Was that so you could open the door?
It was. The fender got hit by the headlight and shoved back behind the door.
@@timthetrailman4563 you should take better care of your toys 🧸 🔫 😉
