You know what other commercial food item I have been copycatting lately? The Taco Bell Mexican pizza! And I must say... it gives the store-bought version a serious run for its money - especially since the restaurants stopped topping their pizzas with scallions. When I make them, I stick to the ol' fashion way of making it with both tomatoes & scallions topping it 👍🏻
