@@kevinhackett7773 hey Kevin! Great question actually, you’re probably not the only one wondering so I’ll still answer :). It can be found in the “Pelvis, Low Back, and Hip Class Series” and it is Class #5 titled Pelvis on Hip Internal Rotation! Since so many of the hip internal rotation classes are in the “Joint Specific Classes” section under “Hip”, I think a lot of people will look for it there! Appreciate the message! 🤗
Thanks for that video. Cool alternative to what I was doing. I was basically doing simmilar things while sitting in 90-90 position. But now I have to try this one!
Thanks so much for the message and you're so welcome! I'm glad the video was helpful for you! The cues/tips in the video are definitely fun things to play with in any hip IR stretch or setup that you're exploring (90/90 included)! Well done! :)
Thanks for the question, Kristen! I'm going to be real with you here. There is no "yes or no" answer to your question as every case is different. I'd have to assess someone in order to know what is or isn't indicated for them. The best answer I could give to your general/broad question here would be "In some cases, yes. In other cases, no." Not every labral tear is the same and despite what you may see on the internet (which is notorious for over generalizing) there is no one-size-fits all exercise or exercise program for injuries like labral tears. I hope that makes sense! :)
@@kristenkagan4282 Of course! If you need any help finding a practitioner in your area that may be able to assess you and offer you some personalized recommendations, don't hesitate to let me know and I'll do my best to help you with that. Enjoy the rest of your day! :)
Hi Alex, is this part of a class for your Operation Human First members?
Disregard that comment - just found it :)

Do you recommend this stretch for someone who has a labral tear?
