  • At Chang's Mongolian Grill in Portland, Oregon, dining as a carnivore offers a straightforward yet satisfying experience. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, with the focus squarely on the food. As you approach the grill station, the options for meat are abundant: beef, chicken, pork, and lamb, all fresh and ready to be cooked to your liking.
You take a bowl and load it up with your choice of meats, perhaps adding a sprinkle of seasoning for extra flavor. The grill chef deftly cooks your selection right before your eyes, ensuring each piece is perfectly seared and juicy. The aroma of grilled meats fills the air, whetting your appetite even more.
Once your plate is ready, you find a seat and dig in. The meat is tender and flavorful, complemented by the simple yet delicious sides like rice or noodles. It's a no-frills dining experience that celebrates the carnivore in you, leaving you thoroughly satisfied with every bite.

    ABOUT FOOD BUFFET REPORT:
In 2020, the buffet almost became a novelty of the past, so we started this show to commemorate some of the great moments in food buffet history. These days the buffet is alive and well, and we continue to pay tribute to the “all you can eat” style of restaurant eating.

It seems they do not use any vegetable (seed) oils, they're just using water. That's nice.

No, they are not. Thanks for tolerating this incongruency. We'll explain this whole mess in a future episode.

Technically its in Tigard. And weird fact about that building, it was in the movie called "the music within" for a bunch of scenes..... Pretty good movie about the guys that started the national ADA act. (Wheelchair and disability stuff)

So, you run a food buffet channel but have an EXTREMELY limited diet? Isn't that fairly counterintuitive? Also, a true carnivore diet doesn't include rice or noodles. What you're doing is not the carnivore diet, it sounds like you're a picky eater or have ARFID. Perhaps you should talk to someone about that.

It would be helpful if you gave the actual street address when you start the video instead of coyly hiding it on a video of the receipt which most people will miss. How is that fair to the restaurant? What's your point with that other than douchebaggery? This location is in Tigard, not Portland but technically Portland. A lot of people don't understand that dynamic where City of Portland extends out to Washington county and unincorporated Washington county. Yaaaay...the good news is that everyone can now post crap on the internet. The bad news is that everyone can now post crap on the internet.

These videos aren’t meant to publicize the restaurants we mention. They’re focused on highlighting the quirky and interesting photos people take of their food at buffets. This episode was a rare exception where we visited the actual restaurant. If you’re looking for detailed restaurant reviews, there are plenty of other channels that specialize in that.
