I think they are randomly giving some quality product to a few people to praise them and rest of them are getting such a cheap product including me. This is my assumption only
If they take so much time why you still order from them? Also i don't find the products extra ordinary. You can even get it stitched from a local tailor
I have ordered more than 20 dress from moongoddess yes you are ryt it will take time to deliver 4,5 months i agree that is a long period but as per my personal experience all of my products are of good quality and good fitting that's y I trust moongoddess and still last month I ordered from there I like her design too much .
Yes I too purchased many from them.. waiting period is long. But we are ordering after knowing the delay. All my products are good. Also there was a slight change in colour because of their lighting while shooting the video or photos. That is happening to almost all online purchase. And I was enquiring about the product in insta. If i didn't get replied I used comment in their latest reel and I got reply from them. Even after receiving my products they called me for follow up also

But I was ready to wait as I ordered after knowing their shipping policy. And I also ordered readymade blouse in their onam collections. That was in July first week and they mentioned in the reel that it will bedespatched by August 25 as it is for onam.. That item I received within the mentioned time. That too redirected from my old address to new one

What kind of service they are giving they don't pick calls, if comment in their insta reels they delete comment and block us and moreover if product arrives it will be 3rd rate quality not worth for 200rs also color going. And if anyone raise voice against them through social media people like you tell they need channel views so doing such videos.
