I’m trying to get up to 50 mile weeks, but it’s mainly on the treadmill at home between work stuff - I like these challenges, very inspirational!

Hi Ollie, thanks man - ha yeah it's remarkable how different a path can look. This is the only period where we've had that kind of snow, I'm grateful it took place right in the middle of this nuts challenge as it provided yet another totally different landscape. Perhaps there is still more to come, we can but hope. Cheers for the support Ollie it's appreciated.

I ran a 10k through snow a few weeks ago and although it was tricky at times I was glad I did it. I think I may have had frostbite though!!!! Although running with two hot water bottles did not help too much. Great video Harry...

Hey Heather, yeah so nothing that mental, like I wasn't diving into ice each night or eating juniper berries for their antioxidant properties or any of that madness. I think it's just in HOW you run each day, knowing what is comfortable and when to push it. Being smart with your movement. Hope your running is going well Heather.
