Incredibly misleading. Radiologists see patients a good amount of time. Perpetuating the stereotype of radiologists not seeing patients is misinformative to prospective medical students- Radiologists do procedures throughout the day (swallow studies, barium enemas, CT guided lumbar punctures- ALL of which require patient interaction), interventional radiology (which is constant patient interaction), mammography (where literally all you do is have clinic and interact with patients, etc. So saying "if you don't want to see a patient for the rest of the year" is flat out wrong.

itbelikethat hey This is a good point! I certainly was not trying to perpetuate any stereotypes, but there is certainly the option for a radiologist to not see patients. It’s all based on physician preference, so I was just trying to say that if you are someone who doesn’t necessarily like patient interactions, it’s one of the few specialties where you have the option to not see them!
