Gingeeblush “female clothes” and “male clothes” are extremely subjective. Make up being only for women is completely subjective. It was invented and worn by men first. As were heels, btw. And having a garment of a certain pattern or flow on the body shouldn’t bar men from wearing it. I bet you have no problem seeing women wear pants or wear suits which were once seen as inherently male. I’m sure seeing a woman with short hair doesn’t make her a man. Just stop, your comparison falls short.

She encourages people to think she is black and takes oppertunities that someone else could have had. She didnt say anything when people would post her and call her a beautiful black/ mixed girl and she didnt say anything when she got given oppertunities on the premise that she was mixed. She didnt say actually im white. Hey its our fault too because white people are catching onto colourism and using it to their advantage. Thats not tanning thats actually brown skin she now has. They want the best of what we are, but while they’re stealing it, they give no RESPECT ✊🏽 to black ppl, no support to our struggle. Read the twitter posts of some of these girls. They say the most VILE things about black women, then say they’re gonna get them a black man! And they do. All the while, tricking these simple black men into thinking they’re biracial. 🤦🏽‍♀️. Some of these brothas don’t even care that they are gentrifying our identity. They look good, that’s all that matters. Meanwhile, real black women are being rejected for being too black or not pretty enough, etc. I’m disgusted.

This is exactly why Tamar used to give Jeanine the side eye. She has warped views when it comes to Black culture and racism. She has a stereotype of Black men being thugs because that is who she dated and she consistently makes excuses for racism because she just doesn't get it. There is a lot of racism towards Black ppl from Asians and as Maya Angelou said , "Racism is insidious" it shapes how you think, so even when you try not to be racist, growing up in an environment that perpetuates racist ideas will impact you. I think this is what has happened to Jeanine. What she is doing is the equivalent of Mansplaining but with race. She needs to hush and listen to the Black women educating her at the table.

For example, she tans or bronzes herself and texturizes her hair to garner attention on Instagram, but does she walk around in life letting people assume she's a woman of color? NOPE! I would even go so far as to say it’s worse because even though she was deceptive Rachel actually assisted the black community with her activism- as delusional as she was . This IG model is making herself look at least racially ambiguous as this is what the IG “models” of the day look like now. Curly hair, caramel complexion, big lips. She’s profiting off of a “look”/ that isn’t primarily associated with her ethnicity. And if what ppl in the comments are saying regarding her being featured on black pages and not correcting them is true then she is being deceptive as well.

I don't have an issue with it, and thus, I don't have an issue with her. If people can have an operation because they are no longer comfortable being their gender, this kind of stuff will happen as well. Because they're are A LOT of people who hate their skin color. My mam used to go a dark dark brown when she'd tan. Like shes white-white but her skin would go an almost dark "indian" tone. And she has dark brown/black hair but she had never intentionally tried to mimic another race. So it comes down to her intent behind the look. The curly hair with the dark skin makes me question it.

They either need more black women on this show, or the other ladies need to broaden their perspective on race issues. Loni is the only one who seems to understand this 🤦🏾‍♀️

She understands it more because she’s aware of the things that happens in the black community (obviously.) conversations like this are typical because we can’t expect everyone to understand everyone’s racial problems; we have too many closed minded people on this earth to make that mentally possible. It’s not that they need more women of a certain race on this show, they need more women who are open to more than one perspective. If you noticed, nobody wanted to listen to no one. It’s like me going up to a Afro-Latina and telling her she’s black and that’s it but she was born in Puerto Rico.

Its cause they were too scared to say what they really wanted to say because they would offend Loni and the rest of the crowd. Fact is black women are "white fishing" every day by wearing straight blond wigs and contouring their noses to look like a completely different shape. Even the so called "natural" black weave wearers are still exotical or mixed fishing cause you hardly ever see them with a 4c kinky curly wig, its usually that loose tracie ellis ross weave.

I mean... I live in the Middle East and I've seen whiter girls turn this dark by tanning alone. But no one is trying to change their race... here it's normal to be darker during the summer and pale in the winter. But she's taken it wayyy too far it's like she's trying to be a different person. 🤔
