Dewalt tip. It’s always irritated me how the bit holder doesn’t stay in place. It doesn’t come off easily but it wants to slide forward if it gets bumped or when removing a bit. I recently added double stick under the holder and so far so good. If it doesn’t last I’m thinking I’ll try clear silicone. Nice little driver with decent power and long run time for such a small battery. It’s a little hard to carry around without a belt clip. If you have a big enough tool pouch you can carry it that way. The Spider Velcro strap works too but I don’t really like feeling the strap on the grip when I’m using it.

The Top-Off is wonderful. I have a 14’ NPR box truck/mobile workshop that’s outfitted with electrical throughout. If I’m not near shore power I run my five 3’ led lights off of it with a M18 12AH battery and get about 3-3 1/2 hours of light. I can pull chain the lights over either side that I’m not using and of course get more time. I have no outlets on the patio of my rental townhouse so I can hang this up and plug in my string lights when needed. Tons of uses. ❤

I’ve experienced the same in tight spaces. It’s almost like you have to plan ahead to make sure you have it positioned the right way or you can’t twist it enough to get the motor to spin. I think overall it would be an easier tool to use with a forward and reverse switch. But the gyroscopic action was really the only reason I bought it because it was so cool. I really didn’t need another driver. I didn’t use it much the first couple of years but now I’m using it more for electrical and I’m getting used to the little quirks. Definitely a little more of a learning curve with this tool especially for an old dog like me.

That dewaly 8v screwdriver can put a 3in deckmate in a 2x4 albeit at a slower speed towards the end. In all honesty I rarely need to bust out the m12 surge much lately. Like you said vessel covers alot dewalt can do the other side up to maybe timberlocks? The door stip is on order for me slim is good 👍 thanks for the idea. That cabnetmakers sidekick dosent come that way fyi I leather conditioned it and molded it for a pica pencil the way I would use it. They don't sell it nice like that like other leather stuff it takes some love but it's not used per say (eww germs). I use my ryobi top off for a family members cpap machine where they don't have power camping outages ect. It gives them more freedom and less embarrassing it takes 2 6ah or abouts to do 10 hours do wake up once a night. That toilet bag reminds me of ikea/promo shopping bags that I use for such things but alot cheaper. Hd carries demo bags that are 7mm tarp material will do the same thing or waste management has dumpster in a bag for 15 to 20 dollars locally. Maybe for klein bits get a 1/4in chuck adapter or collet? I just tried on your behalf the niko one was hold a klein bit rather well. Don't be afraid to load down that cabnetmakers sidekick I can hang a drywall gun with a collated attachment on it easily. Also I run a fastcap pro hold on the top on my cm sidekick around the belt loop for a quick magnet to hold things it's plug and play. I too love the dual power lights myself that's really good selling feature I actually use (udsaly off a triple tap extension cord multiple lights and a charger). Realistically on 90% of jobs that dewalt gyro can handle and thr battery life is ridiculous once a week maybe? All good stuff 👍.

I will get a little list going for you but I can't post any link ir say much of a name without being censored by yt.
