Night and day difference. I bet they thought u installed new carpets instead of cleaned them lol. Sometimes the clean looks that good. They look like brand new carpets.

They sure did take their time scheduling a cleaning. That carpet was roughed up and needs to be replaced. But you cleaned it up well. Very good video!
