vlog#19 - Tomato update

- In this video I show the status of the tomatoes that I planted in an earlier video, plus the tomatoes that I sowed at the end of April, which are all now planted in the glasshouse too.
The newer batch of tomatoes look healthier, stronger and now, with a glasshouse full of tomato plants, I hope to have a bumper crop of the fruit later in the season.
The varieties I’ve grown this year are Gardener’s Delight, Roma VF, Super Mamma, Sungold, Yellow Perfection and I have a Big Mamma’s donated from my uncle and finally there are over thirty Tiny Tim, still being potted on, which were sown in a fit of despair and typically they all germinated.
This was filmed on Friday 21 June 2024 and the weather had been grand, although the week before was windy, wet and cold. Thankfully though the last of the rain was on Tuesday 18 June and the forecast is warm dry weather for the coming week.

Thank you for the encouragement, I'm chuffed with the tomatoes, it was touch and go earlier in the season. I hope the potatoes are growing plenty of tubers and not just leaf.
