Back garden tour June 2024

This is my first back garden / veggie garden tour of the year, mainly because I have been about a month behind, and I am screaming at things to grow. Lots of things have had issues, and now I have something eating my flower starts, so I have nothing out front of mine to show you. Garlic scape butter is one way to use your garlic scapes. I have even used the leaves on soft neck garlic to make garlic bread.

That's a good idea. We freeze dried the scapes and powdered them to use as a garlic seasoning. Adding it then to butter may be what we do next! Thanks.
