vlog#18 - Has spring actually sprung?

In this video I plant out cauliflower seedlings into this season’s brassica bed as well as sowing additional beetroot to try and top up the non-germinated stations.
It is also time to prick out and pot on the additional tomato seedlings that I sowed, on April 25th, and I decided to plant out the etiolated tomato plants into the glasshouse.
At the end of April and into the beginning of May the temperature and light levels in and around my garden have increased. Night time temperatures have been around 10 degrees Celsius and on a few occasions the day time maximum has been a little above 20 degrees Celsius.
I have been leaving the doors to the greenhouse and glasshouse open during the day, so that the temperature is steady at around 20 to 25 degrees Celsius. Could spring finally have arrived?

Thank you, it has been a slow start to the year. Overall it has been a cold and very wet spring, with low light levels. As for yesterday, well it was more heavy rain - but the sun is shining today, hurray!
