A DOL Starter is a Direct-On-line motor starter. Sometimes known as an 'across the line' starter, this type of motor controller is used as a simple starter for larger electric motors, providing full line voltage to the motor terminals.

Why do we use DOL starter?
To prevent damage to the windings due to the high starting current flow, we employ different types of starters. The simplest form of motor starter for the induction motor is the Direct On Line starter. The DOL starter consist a MCCB or Circuit Breaker, Contactor and an overload relay for protection.

Direct online (DOL) starting. DOL starting is simply switching the motor on in one operation, with a direct connection from the power source. It's generally only used for smaller loads, as the starting current can be up to ten times the normal running current of the motor.

The two main types of starters are Manual Starters and AC Magnetic Motor Starters, commonly known as Motor Starters. The manual starter is operated manually.
What is the purpose of DOL starter?

This is the simplest type of motor starter. A DOL motor starter also contains protection devices, and in some cases, condition monitoring.

I would swap green and red light on the main motor panel. Green usually means running and red means not running. Else it can be confusing. HOWEVER, if the lights are located at an entry Point to a dangerous area (gate in a safety Cage), its better with swapped colors (red = running (STOP, DO NOT ENTER), green = not running (GO, ITS SAFE TO ENTER)) since it instead indicates if the area is safe to enter or not.

resculpa pero lo armastes mal en sus conexiones básicas. Los cables entran en las protecciones por arriba y salen por abajo hacia la próxima protección o coneccionado. Esto por que si el sujeta cable se afloja, el cable arriba queda flojo haciendo falso contacto pero fijo y por abajo se sale, quedando los cables sueltos con tensión dentro del tablero. Por otro lado para las fases no podes usar color azul que es para el neutro ni amarillo que es para la protección a tierra (para las fases podes usar cualquier color menos azul, verde, amarillo o verde-amarillo).
