Feels cramped! Also, who would like to sit on the terrace in Gurgaon where the temperature soars for most part of the year. Your 1000 sq feet would go useless and the cherry on the cake is the high maintenance charges being levied every month. You would feel like you are living in a rented accommodation.

That's the reason why I have made an attempt to give them some rational thoughts so that people can use their common sense and dont end up buying a flat/house which is not value for money and instead invest it in something better which would be worth it in the long run.

Meanwhile you will have to pay somewhere around 35-50 thousand as a monthly maintenance cost for the duplex apartment which makes no sense at all. I would rather invest in a plot in nfc then to buy this. That would be my personal opinion.
