Hi your recipe.is just amazing I wanted to know the most appropriate noodle for chopsuey. If I couldn't get Hakka what else I can use. Bcz when I have used typical spaghetti it didn't work for.me much plz guide. Thanks

Ew ive made it before n i dont remember putting that much of ketchup :S that much will just make it too sweet :S i used lil ketchup and also soy sauce and schezwan sauce and of the many recipe videos i saw no one put the noodles in the sauce :/ this was useless :/
Thank you for suggestion, we have used very little vinegar and sugar and added more of tomato ketchup, If you wish you can put less of ketchup and more of vinegar and sugar. We recommend you to try our recipe , it is not very sweet.

spaghetti is italian. You can only use hakkah noodles or wheat noodles.
