Mrs. Daial, sorry to say but there are many lapse in your recipy for chilly paneer. First is that the proportion of the batter used for panner to coat it was less. Then, there are lot of items to be added to the batter like- soya sauce, chilly sauce, little soda, a few drops of vinegar, etc.

There ate diff brands that have non stick ware ...u can go for any
