I didn’t know you’re in Toronto too! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I mostly work on residential equipment but when I come across commercial I always consult your videos! You’re a great educator!
Thank you for your time and effort in teaching. Would you recommend the temperature controller for a display cooler? I am working on a Hussmann grab-and-go unit.
When you say your cycling the box. Are you just turning it on letting it get to temperature and then turning it off until the temperature rises and then doing it again or what are you doing? Thanks
Lol, so 2 things. I don’t like to use a pressure switch to cycle a unit off at setpoint, which is why installed a temp controller. Second thing is when installing this type of controller, the display temp will read a little higher than the actual box temp which can become an issue which product and the evaporator coil freezing up. What I found in my experience is that if you cycle the unit off twice, the temp controller will acclimate itself to the box and will display the same temperature as the actual temperature in the box.

Yes, cycle box is just the unit coming to temp (in this case 34F) then calling for cooling again once it reach the cut in temp (in this case 38F)
Hay boss you gave some great videos what type of apps do you have to download for troubleshooting or the chart you use it’s amazing!!
Currently they are not available for download, I would just screen shot them for now
Great job 👏 👍👍👍

Great Video. Great Job. Nice Work. Thank You For Sharing

Excellent video. Approximately how many years service you get from these evap coils before they start leaking?
Depends a lot on what they store in them but they typically go 10-15 years.
@@REFRIGERATIONKITCHENEQTECH great. I am liking these true equipment. I would recommend
I needs to start paying attention to verify the sensor has acclimated to the box temp. I’m adding one more step to my fixes. Thanks.
