20:41 The timing of this is too funny. Suddenly JUST these past two weeks, I started getting SO irritated by all the plastic items in my place and got rid these things I've had for years. I don't know why. Suddenly, I want to replace is glass, wood, bamboo-based products and I feel such a sense of relief being rid of the plastic 😂

Very interesting information to digest. I would like to hear her opinion for people who live in colder areas for winter morning routines and her solution for getting outside all the time. Her reference was so narrow so I would want to know her solutions for winter time getting outside when it's below freezing outside.

Additionally, after watching this episode, your comment is incorrect. Casey mentions several different studies, bill, etc. Beyond that, she is an MD who has gotten much of her information from her own studies and observations in the medical field. i.e. in many cases, she *is* the most direct source of information that we who aren’t in the labs ourselves can get.

Get canning jars or save and clean out food jars from food and put all your nuts grains seeds flours dried fruits in them. Ikea or dollar store sells spice jars cheap. Invest in glass owls with lids. Replace led lights with incandescent to get full spectrum. Get ouitside first thing in the day. Make your own food!!!! Anything purchased can e made at home.

Great interview with Casey Means. She touches on a lot of essential topics that are important for us to be aware of. Really annoying and excessive string of ads to sit through ... if it weren't for Casey's presence, I would not be here listening to the barrage of ads. Find out how to pronounce "threonate "

Hi Kristin pls do some interivews on Heavy Metal toxicity and also Mold toxicity. These are very common & cause major health issues. But, you can heal with the right protocal.
Dr Mindy pelz & Dr Mark Hyman both ended up with heavy metal toxicity and now help others heal from them. Both have their own chs w/ vds on the subject.
For mold start with Dr Shoemaker protocal vds
