You already know some fast peeps! Jason aka DIYguys is pretty darn quick. I feel like he just recently (last few years) went to a square wheel setup and aftermarket coilovers. If you’re serious about seat time, I’d save your $ on your time attack inspired build and drop that $ for track events and your home remodel!
Great video! Looking forward to the work you have planned in 2024! I’m planning to install a mirror with auto dim and homelink buttons from an accord. Your exp with the ASM mirror is why I got rid of mine and didn’t even put it on my channel. Can’t wait to see the S2K on the track! I’m here for it and sub’d!
APR BRAKE DUCTS!! Bring a Harborfreight heat gun for fun, measure everything's temperature. I have the front and will duct the rear before next time. The front was 150⁰ cooler than the rear!
Regarding trying to get out to more track days, what part of the country are you located? I used to run a lot with NASA and they have regions everywhere. Depending on the region you'll get some of the best instruction out there, but it is more focused on getting into racing (as opposed to casual track days for fun and learning). I also run a lot with Gridlife. They are hosting events across the country and are always fun. Either to track or spectate. Always a lot of S2000s there either in Time Attack or their w2w series GLTC. Keep up the great work!
Thanks, man! Im in bay area/northern california. Ill look into the NASA events. Im planning on spectating gridlife laguna this year! Will you be driving in that event?
Keep it up! Congrats on your second child! It takes a lot of effort and money to do this. I hope you find more success in 2024!
Congrats on your first! Cheers, bro!
Keep it up Zaahid, there's no better feeling than inspiring others with your build!
Hahaha wait til you see my next update 😂
Congratulations and all the success for 2024
The quality is there!
Thanks bro 🙏🏾

white powder coat!
LOL! 😂NO! They will be gunmetal after the first session, track pads are dusty!
Yeah, Marc what a silly suggestion.. smh… 🤣🤣🤣
Man what was I thinking?!?!?
Lose the soft top if you're trying to go fast brother. Things like 70lbs. That plus seats in my car made a world of difference!
Not going full race car yet hahah but damn 70lbs is a lot
Bronze for the pro drives. Bronze on silver is always a winner.
White wheels or nothing! (For the prodrives)
haha that was my first choice but track pad dust might not make it worth while
