Millersburg, Ohio

Millersburg is a village in the county seat of Holmes County, Ohio. Millersburg historic downtown is listed on the National Register of Historic places, and offers unique shops, dining, pubs, and so much more. Hotel Millersburg was built in 1847 offering Victorian style rooms, and suites, plus a Tavern. The hotel is thought to be the third oldest operating hotel in Ohio. Has had many distinguish guests. The court house in Millersburg was designed by architect Joseph W. Yost and built in 1886. The jail was built in 1889. Hershberger's farm and bakery is one of a kind in Amish country. (Amish bakery, store, and a farm animal petting area.) I really enjoyed the animals they were very playful.

I was there years ago 2014 maybe I worked at pride of the hills manufacturing. I believe the owners defaulted on $1 million loan they came in and shut it down. They had a lot of Amish that were welders, and we inspected the welds 👍🏻

I had a dream last year that me and my partner relocated from the uk we bought a house in millersburg OH, our house was on elm street I thought maybe it was a mix of thoughts of the film Freddy Krueger and the fact I had been watching videos about the Amish in Ohio mixing together in my dream, I was absolutely gobsmacked when I went onto Google earth and seen there was an actual elm street in millersburg although the houses didn’t look like what we had bought in my dream , the street name and the town were correct . Blew my mind I had never even heard of millersburg I now can’t get that place out my head. The area is absolutely gorgeous
